Red Stick CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program designed to develop individuals, athletes, and teams to reach elite levels of fitness. Our program efficiently combines quality coaching and the most effective training methods in order to reach maximum results. There isn’t a strength and conditioning program anywhere that works with a greater diversity of equipment and modalities. Our workouts consist of constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity.
At Red Stick CrossFit we train hard; real hard, and we leave our inner Eores and egos out the door. Together we sweat, we bleed, we overcome weakness, and we get “faster, stronger, fitter.” Though our training is intense, it is scaleable for all fitness levels, whether you are a stay at home mom, a member of the military, a firefighter, a competitive athlete, student, corporate executive, or just your average joe, there is a place for you at Red Stick CrossFit.
