Run 2 Miles
For every minute it takes you to complete the 2 miles you owe
- 10 Squats
- 5 Burpees
Estimate how many minutes it will take you to complete the run and knock out half of the reps prior to the run. When the run is complete finish the amount of reps owed (mathematical rounding rules apply).
