Whether you’re a pro athlete, generally active, or haven’t worked out in a while, CrossFit is for YOU and The Free Intro Class is where to start. This class allows us to meet you and evaluate you, go over some of the foundations of CrossFit, including proper form and technique and the philosophy and science behind what we do. Your coach will assess your movements in order to develop a personalized mobility program to improve your flexibility, performance, and safety… and will ramp up the intensity based on your ability.
At Red Stick CrossFit, we work hard and have a great time doing it! The community is incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the workouts are extremely rewarding. There’s no reason to be nervous. This was new to all of us at some point!
Regardless of your current level of fitness, RSCF and help you achieve your fitness goals – all you need is the will and desire to improve and the willingness to encourage others to do the same.
GETTING STARTED IS EASY:
1. Please select an intro class from below and complete the “Try a Free Class” form.
2. Click here to print out a waiver - complete it – and bring it with you.
3. After the intro class, all athletes must participate in a Foundations Course prior to beginning any group training sessions. This course is a two-hour session focusing on the fundamental CrossFit exercises. The Foundations Course is $50; however, this fee is applied to your first-month’s payment of a membership package of your choosing.
