Time vs. Task Oriented WOD
8 minute Cindy (AMRAP):
5 minutes for 3 rep Max Deadlift
TASK: Athlete’s Cindy AMRAP score, for time.
NOTE: In the first part of this WOD, you will complete the TIME oriented, 8-minute AMRAP, workout for a score of rounds plus all reps.
8 rounds + 5 pullups + 3pushups.
-In the second part of this WOD, you will complete the TASK, your score from part 1, for time.
