    Woodward WOD: 21-15-9 reps of: Squat Clean 95 pounds (RX for women), Ring dips for time.

    10:18; 50#, dropped down to 40#; assisted ring dips.
    My thighs killed after monday’s tabata, and resisted the squat cleans like crazy.
