Red Stick CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program designed to develop individuals, athletes, and teams to reach elite levels of fitness. Our program efficiently combines quality coaching and the most effective training methods in order to reach maximum results. There isn’t a strength and conditioning program anywhere that works with a greater diversity of equipment and modalities. Our workouts consist of constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity.
Each of our facilities individually total 6000 sqft of WOD space and lifting space with 12 platforms, racks, and jerk blocks. Though our training is intense, it is scaleable for all fitness levels, whether you are a stay at home mom, a member of the military, a firefighter, a competitive athlete, student, corporate executive, or just your average joe, there is a place for you at Red Stick CrossFit. Everyday our athletes break down barriers and set new standards for themselves.
